In 2025, AmaWaterways will welcome a newly designed AmaMelodia, a second luxury river cruise ship to sail the beautiful Magdalena River and explore Colombia. Sister ship to AmaMagdalena, AmaMelodia will be a beautiful vessel with twin balconies to offer spectacular views of the Caribbean region.

AmaMelodia will start her maiden voyage on June 6, 2025, with an impressive 7-night "Wonders of Colombia" itinerary that allows you to add three nights in Meddelin/two nights in Cartagena pre-cruise and three nights in Panama post-cruise for an extra fee. She will also offer a 7-night "Magic of Colombia" itinerary with three nights in Meddelin pre-cruise and three nights in Panama post-cruise for an additional fee.

AmaMelodia is a 64-passenger river ship with 32 luxury suites and staterooms, each with a twin balcony, and great amenities, including a heated pool, a restaurant with delicious locally sourced cuisine inspired by the Colombian Caribbean coast, a gym, a hair & nail salon, and a massage room.
