Viking Mira will be the thirteenth small cruise ship to join the growing Viking Ocean Cruises fleet of sister ships in 2026. Just like Viking Vela and Viking Vesta, this deluxe ship will be slightly larger than previous ocean newbuilds for Viking, an ocean cruise line that was created by the award-winning Viking River Cruises. The new ship will be over 32 feet longer and 6.5 feet wider than the 2015-built Viking Star that was the first vessel to debut with this cruise line, have additional staterooms and a 998-guest capacity. Viking Mira cruises will take you to the Central Mediterranean and Northern Europe in the summer of 2026 and offer a Transatlantic voyage in 2027. Combining many elements that have made Viking a world-famous river cruise line with some elements of a slightly larger ship has resulted in a fantastic vessel that explores the world, taking you on exciting expeditions to the US (New York City), Spain, Greece, Italy, England, and other prominent countries.
