There are so many fabulous plazas in Valencia that you’ll want to visit them all! If you’re interested by history and culture, you might consider making Plaza de la Vergin your first stop. You will discover many historic churches in this area, as well as beautiful old-world architecture, medieval homes, and the oldest neighborhood in the city. If you’re looking to sample some local fare, you can’t miss Plaza del Mercado. This is where you’ll find an open market with hundreds of stalls featuring all different kinds of food, brews, plants and more. The area is also surrounded by breathtaking architecture.
