Located in Callao, this landmark is a popular attraction that you can easily check out before or after your cruise, since it’s located near the port. History buffs will especially love this attraction because it’s a former military fort that was originally built to protect the land from Pirates. The fortress is very well-preserved and guided tours are available so you can learn more about the history and significance contained within its walls.
