Carnival WaterWorks & Sports

Mardi Gras boasts one of the largest of the fleet's onboard water parks to date. With multiple twisting waterslides such as 265'-long Twister Waterslide, 312’-long Blue Lightning,  229’-drop Orange Thunder, 150-gallon Power Drencher, Mini Racer slides for little ones, stationary water toys, and more, it's a fun-filled time for guests of all ages.

Another signature space on board many Carnival cruise ships is the SportsSquare, featuring a basketball court, a 600’-long rope course, a nine-hole mini-golf course, a padded jogging track, and more.

BOLT, the First Rollercoaster at Sea

Experience the first rollercoaster at sea in this special partnership between Carnival and Munich-based Maurer Rides! Guests can control the speed of their electric-powered car, choosing to set the pace as fast or slow. You can go 190 into the air over the ocean, twisting and turning, all while taking in some fabulous views! BOLT has a minimum height requirement of 43 inches and a maximum height of 76 inches.

Serenity

A tranquil adults-only retreat aboard Mardi Gras, Serenity is a great place to spend some time if you're looking to just relax during your cruise. Some of the things to do at Serenity is reading a book, enjoying the view, having a drink from a bar, and resting on a lounge chair or hammock.

Youth & Teen Programs

Like the rest of the Carnival Cruise Lines fleet, Mardi Gras has a fantastic youth program available.
