When Was Celebrity Summit Last Refurbished?
As a part of the 2019 Celebrity Revolution refurbishment, Celebrity Summit became more modern and stylish, offering guests refreshed suites and staterooms, eXhale bedding with luxury Cashmere mattresses, upgraded bathrooms with modern fixtures, a new open-air hideaway area that is exclusive to suite guests (The Retreat Sundeck), and more.
Preparing for the 2016 summer season, the cruise ship got a new “Rooftop Terrace” venue, renovations to the Penthouse and Royal Suites, and the addition of one of Celebrity’s signature dining venues, Tuscan Grille, as well as a refresh of the Solarium and a contemporary, modern update for the casino. During the 2012 refurbishment upgrades, the ship received various new features based on Celebrity’s younger Solstice-class ships. Among those enhancements were the addition of spa-inspired AquaClass staterooms, specialty restaurants Qsine and Blu, the ice-topped Martini Bar, Cellar Masters (a wine bar featuring state-of-the-art Enomatic® wine dispensers), and Celebrity iLounge SM.
Restaurants
Celebrity Summit cruises offer a superior selection of dining venues, all of which offer meticulously crafted, mouthwatering dishes that will please all kinds of palates.
The two-story formal main dining room, Cosmopolitan Restaurant, offers panoramic views and a multi-course menu, mixed with classic and modern options that change nightly. For this venue, you can choose between assigned or open dining.
A more casual option is the Oceanview Café, where you can discover an extensive buffet with breathtaking views and a wide selection of international and classic favorites, including an ice cream bar.
If you find yourself hungry by the poolside, there’s the Pool Grill, where you can get classics such as burgers, fries, and hot dogs without having to worry about changing out of your swimsuit.

The Spa
