Azamara officially added its third vessel, Azamara Pursuit, to its fleet in March 2018. Originally built as Adonia, the ship is in the process of undergoing renovations so its décor is comparable to the hotel vibe of its sister ships, Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest. This 30,277-ton ship will bring you to unique ports that larger ships are unable to reach and will feature longer port times and overnight stays so that you can truly immerse yourself in the local culture and lifestyle of the various destinations you visit. This is what Azamara calls “Destination Immersion®.” Azamara Pursuit will mainly sail in South American and the Mediterranean, featuring all-new destinations including Chile, Peru and the Beagle Channel as well as 15 new ports. Other voyages will take Azamara Pursuit through Northern & Western Europe as well as Cuba & the Caribbean.

When you sail aboard an Azamara Pursuit cruise, you will have access to inclusive amenities including an AzAmazing Evenings event, select drinks (spirits, international beers, wines, bottled water, soft drinks and specialty coffees and teas), gratuities, self-service laundry, concierge services and, depending on the location, in-port shuttle service. If you are staying in a suite, you will enjoy the bonus amenities of butler service, one free bag of laundry service and afternoon in-suite tea service. For 2019 and 2020 voyages, guests staying in a specialty suite will receive $300 in onboard credit (subject to change).

Staterooms & Suites

Rest easy and comfortably on Azamara Pursuit. With accommodations of warmth and satisfaction ranging in size from 158 to 603 square feet, there is no doubt that you will feel at home in one of the ship’s remarkable staterooms or gorgeous suites. When you stay as a guest aboard Azamara Pursuit in any room, you will receive complimentary cotton bed sheets, an elegant bathrobe and pair of slippers, 24-hour room service, daily news and fresh flowers, a welcome basket of fruit, an umbrella and pair of binoculars, turn-down service and shoe shine service. Club Oceanview Staterooms include a window and Club Veranda Staterooms feature a 40-square foot private veranda. Suites range in size from 266 to 603 square feet and vary in amenities. The most basic suite is slightly larger than the biggest stateroom and shares the same in-room amenities. Club Ocean Suites and Club World Owners Suites feature a stylish nature-inspired design with a large living room separate from the bedroom with a 55” flat screen TV, refrigerator with minibar, writing desk and safe. In thebathroom, you will discover a marble master bath where you can bathe using the finest French body products and blow your hair into style with the handheld hair dryer. You will also have a King-sized bed and a full sliding-glass door that leads you out onto your 233-square foot private veranda as well as a dressing room with a vanity. Additional amenities include a daily fruit basket, 235 minutes of Internet service and complimentary specialty dining.

Those of you who want to spend your time aboard Azamara Pursuit while living lavishly can reserve a Club Spa Suite, the newest type of room measuring in 414 square feet, which brings the accommodations of the spa back to your room. Club Spa Suites are located next to the spa and are decorated with a soothing, opulent design while the walls are filled with tranquilizing spa music.
