What’s New for American Queen Voyages?

In September 2021, American Queen Steamboat Company and Victory Cruise Lines merged to form American Queen Voyages. This expansion features three divisions: American Queen Voyages River (consisting of the original American Queen Steamboat Company fleet); American Queen Voyages Lakes & Ocean (featuring the former Victory Cruise Line ships), and American Queen Expedition. The expedition division will comprise of two new ships, with Ocean Victory set to debut in 2022 and Ocean Discoverer scheduled to follow in 2023.

American Countess is a brand new ship that joined the American Queen Voyages fleet in 2020. She is a 245-guest ship that cruises along the Tennessee, Ohio, Cumberland, and Mississippi rivers. She has a portside bar with an 80-foot view!

In 2017, the 166-guest American Duchess joined the fleet, cruising the Mississippi River and its tributaries. She has luxurious, two-story Loft Suites - a first on America's rivers!
