Seabourn Encore is the newest ship to join Seabourn’s fleet and is modeled after Seabourn's ultra-luxurious Odyssey Class vessels. Her entry into the fleet heralds another evolution in small-ship cruising, building on the modern innovations that Seabourn Odyssey introduced in 2009. A sister ship, Seabourn Ovation followed in the spring of 2018. Enlisting the participation of world-renowned designer Adam D. Seabourn Encore Suites

On Seabourn Encore, you will find fabulous accommodations that are built to suit your needs. You can find classic favorites here, such as Caesar salad, Lobster and ice cream sundaes accompanied by an extensive cocktail and wine menu that includes domestic and old world labels.
• The Patio: You can get casual poolside lunch or dinner at the Patio, where you can find simple yet tasty dishes such as freshly baked pizza and mouthwatering salads. The Patio is accompanied by the Patio Bar.
• The Restaurant: The Restaurant features gourmet food prepared by award-winning Chef Thomas Keller and his team in an open-seating setting. Current menu options include appetizers, entrees and French-American-style desserts.
• Sushi: Exclusive to Seabourn Encore is a sushi restaurant, the first of its kind for any Seabourn ship. Using the best ingredients, the sushi chefs prepare fresh sushi every day keeping in line with traditional recipes combined with a twist of the culinary team’s expertise. The Retreat

The Retreat consists of 15 luxury outdoor living rooms underneath a flower-shaped canopy that protects you from the sun and wind as you take in the fresh air. Each individual cabana includes an HD flat-screen TV and a fridge that is full your favorite drinks. You will also have access to top of the line sun lotion, plush towels, Evian mist spray, customized bath robes and a fresh fruit basket while in The Retreat. In the center of this area is a whirlpool set to a comfortable temperature surrounded by 28 comfortable sun loungers just waiting to be relaxed on by you. If you’re not in the mood to lie down and enjoy the background sounds, you can sit at the bar or at a table and sip on an ice-cold cocktail made for you by a Seabourn mixologist followed by a small plate off of the healthy spa menu.
