Seabourn Quest

After debuting in June of 2011, Seabourn Quest became the third of Seabourn Cruise Line's luxurious Odyssey Class vessels to join its fleet. Thanks to Seabourn's all-inclusive pricing, every Seabourn Quest cruise has an open-bar, serving top notch wine, champagne and spirits. Plus, tipping is neither required nor expected.

From the moment you step aboard Seabourn Quest, you're sure to enjoy the luxurious and elegant You can count on beautiful views when you sail onboard Seabourn Quest.atmosphere, as well as the intimate service Seabourn provides with its well-trained and ultra-attentive staff (made possible through a fabulous 1 to 1.3 crew-to-passenger ratio). Destinations available on a Seabourn Quest cruise include the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and even a selection of lengthy world cruise itineraries.

Seabourn Quest Suites

The all-suite Seabourn Quest offers a wonderful variety of accommodations, from standard Ocean View suites where you can retreat in the utmost comfort and privacy to lavish Signature Suites where you can enjoy exclusive accommodations. There is a stunning choice of suites that range in size from 295 to over 1,600 square feet. 90% of all suites include private verandas.

Restaurants & Dining

Dining aboard Seabourn Quest is fabulous, featuring fine dining cuisine that's prepared by the ship's renowned chefs. From gourmet eateries and room service to main dining rooms and outdoor restaurants, there's something for everyone.

Seabourn Quest features four dining venues:

 • The Restaurant: The Restaurant features gourmet food prepared by Chef Thomas Keller and his team in an open-seating setting. Current menu options include appetizers, entrees and French-American-style desserts.
 • The Grill by Thomas Keller: An elegant dining experience where you can enjoy iconic dishes with a fresh and modern twist. You can find classic favorites here, such as Caesar salad, Lobster and ice cream sundaes accompanied by an extensive cocktail and wine menu that includes domestic and old world labels.
 • The Colonnade: An indoor/outdoor restaurant that serves meals all day. You can enjoy a grand buffet for breakfast or lunch or get table service if you prefer. Table service is also available for dinner, which features regionally-themed, bistro-style menus. At the Colonnade, you can watch the magic of your food being prepared in the open kitchen, which is sure to leave your taste buds satisfied in a memorable experience.
 • The Patio: The place to go if you are in the mood for fine, casual, poolside dining for lunch. You can enjoy a great lunch buffet or anything from delicious soups to succulent seafood to garden-fresh salad to pizza to made-to-order milkshakes. There is also a full dinner menu as well as a bar.

If none of these dining choices jump out at you, an extensive room service menu is available if you would prefer to dine in the comfort of your suite. After dinner, you may test your odds at the casino or choose to spend the rest of your evening in another one of the grand public spaces aboard Seabourn Quest.

Seabourn Quest has six bars and lounges onboard, including:

 • The Patio Bar: An outdoor bar in the area of the Patio Grill. On extra chilly nights, crew members will happily wrap you in a blanket so you can stay warm and continue to enjoy the fresh ocean air.
 • The Sky Bar: Another bar and grill on the top deck of Seabourn Quest where you can enjoy a casual lunch or an occasional dinner in a fashion similar to the Patio Grill.
 • The Grand Salon: The main showroom of Seabourn Quest. During the day, you can go to the Grand Salon to listen to a lecture, watch a cooking demonstration, catch a movie or participate in other fun activities.
 • Seabourn Square: Instead of stepping into a traditional lobby, you will discover Seabourn Square when you’re on a Seabourn Quest cruise ship. Seabourn Square features a comforting “living-room” style lobby where you will be greeted by sofas, easy chairs and cocktail tables. Seabourn Square will feel like your home away from home.
 • The Observation Bar: A round room surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a sweeping view of the ship’s surroundings. If you’re an early bird, you can come here to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea before you start your day. If you’re a night owl, you can stop here for drinks and mingling at any time in the evening.
 • The Club: Dance along with or just enjoy the live band and other music that is featured in The Club. The outdoor area also features a pool, whirlpool and tables and chairs for relaxation at any time of the day.
 • Other areas of interest available aboard Seabourn Quest are the casino, Movies Under the Stars, Everything Under the Stars (where you can dance outside), spa, fitness center, 6 outdoor whirlpools, card rooms, two swimming pools and 9-hole golf course, as well as the private cabanas on the Sun Deck.
