Request a Confirmation

Please fill out the following form if you'd like to have a confirmation of your reservation to be e-mailed to you. Requests will be e-mailed, within two business days, to the e-mail address listed in the records of your reservation. If you'd like to change the e-mail address on file please contact us:

Please do not request a confirmation if you have booked within the past week (as your confirmation will be sent within a week of your initial booking date).

First name:	You must enter your first name! You have exceeded the maximum number of characters allowed!
Last name:	You must enter your last name! You have exceeded the maximum number of characters allowed!
Booking number:	A booking number is required! You have exceeded the maximum number of characters allowed!
Email Address:	A email address is required! You have exceeded the maximum number of characters allowed! A valid email address is required!

If you do not receive your confirmation via e-mail within one business day, please contact us to ensure that your request has been received.

Here are explanations of the search options:

Destination: You can use the dropdown on the left to indicate if there's a specific type of search you want to do (for example, if you want to search for a hotel near a certain airport, cruise port or address. Select Hotel if you want to search by hotel name. You can use the search field to the right of the dropdown to input the search term (for example, the hotel name, the airport you want a hotel near, etc.).

Country of Citizenship: Specify which country you are a citizen of. Certain hotels require this information in order to provide pricing.

Guaranteed Only? Certain tour operators will guarantee that select tours will occur, as some tour operators reserve the right to cancel a tour (and refund anyone that is booked) if not enough reservations are made on it.

Check the box to the left if you would like to only view tours that the vendor is advising are currently guaranteed. Please note that a guaranteed tour can still be cancelled if the tour operator has terms in place that allow them to (for example, including but not limited to, if weather does not permit the tour to operate safely).
