You’ll start your grand Scottish adventure with the Secrets of the Royal Mile walking tour and revel in the stories and charm of Edinburgh’s UNESCO World Heritage Old Town. Your Local Specialist will lead you down cobbled streets, winding closes and into hidden courtyards en route to Edinburgh Castle. There, you’ll see the Crown Jewels of Scotland, the historic Stone of Destiny and St. Margaret’s Chapel. Tonight, enjoy a welcome dinner at your hotel.

7Full Steam Ahead towards Loch Lomond
Today you’ll visit Armadale Castle and Gardens and explore the ruins of the castle set among 40 acres of manicured grounds and sprawling woodlands. After, take in views of the Cuillin Mountains aboard the Isle of Skye ferry back to the mainland. Next, enjoy one of the most famous railway journeys in the world aboard the Jacobite Steam Train, known to Harry Potter fans as the Hogwarts Express. The track ebbs and flows through some of Scotland’s most spectacular sights. After, head to your hotel on the shores of Loch Lomond.

After, continue to Glasgow and enjoy afternoon tea at the Willow Tea Rooms. Refreshed, take a journey through the world of street art in Scotland’s largest city. * DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Edinburgh Airport (EDI) at 08:30, 11:00 and 13:00 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. Guests meet their Travel Director at approximately 14:00 for a private walking tour of the city, and a visit to Edinburgh Castle. Please be aware when booking your flights.* DAY 9: Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Edinburgh Airport (EDI) on the last day of the tour at 07:00, 09:00 and 10:30.* CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Edinburgh. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Brendan Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.* NOTE: This trip falls under LEVEL 2 Special Tier.
