The Bernabeu can wait until tomorrow. Tonight let's explore Madrid. After being met at the airport and transferred to your hotel, your CEO is on hand with the inside knowledge on where to go before the trip really begins. Take the afternoon to settle in at your own pace, then join your CEO for a walk to Plaza de Cibeles, where fans have climbed the fountain to celebrate every major win for generations. From there, wind through the electric football bars of the city centre - the perfect way to kick off your trip.
To ensure you don't miss any of the opening action, please plan to arrive in Madrid by 3:00 PM on arrival day.

Round out the day with a behind-the-scenes stadium tour, on matchday or another day depending on kick-off.

Message from G Adventures About Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any of our trips. When travelling on a group trip, you will not be permitted to join the group until evidence of travel insurance has been sighted by your leader, who will take note of your insurance details. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency evacuation and repatriation. A minimum coverage of USD200,000 is required. We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.
