London doesn't ease you in gently. The city hits you with noise, energy and the kind of life that makes you want to see everything at once. After being met at Heathrow and transferred to your hotel, take the afternoon to find your feet - a walk, a coffee, a side street that catches your eye. As evening arrives, your CEO leads the group through a handpicked selection of local pubs, each with its own character and crowd. The kind of first night that sets the tone for everything that follows.
To ensure you don't miss any of the opening action, please plan to arrive in London by 3:00 PM on arrival day. Complimentary arrival transfers are included for flights arriving into Heathrow Airport only.
Start the tour on the front foot with an included airport transfer to your hotel, where your football adventure officially kicks off.
Meet your CEO and fellow football fans, hear what's ahead for the week, and start getting into the matchday spirit. Check the lobby notice board (or ask reception) for the official meeting details.
Head out with your CEO through North London's finest local pubs - a first taste of a city that lives and breathes matchday.
Today's the day. Your VIP Tottenham Hotspur matchday begins with private group transportation and curated stops en route - neighbourhood pubs, the kind of pre-match atmosphere that builds slowly and then all at once. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium meets you with scale and spectacle - one of the most advanced sporting venues on earth, your halfway-line seat putting you at the very heart of the action. Multiple hospitality levels, premium food from an open kitchen and bars throughout the day. Post-match, there's no rush. Take it all in.
Depending on kick-off time, your stadium tour may be included on this day. If that's not possible, don't worry - it'll be moved to another part of your football trip.
Like all top-level fixtures, match scheduling can shift. Premier League match dates are typically confirmed around six weeks before departure, and your match may take place on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday once the final schedule is released. You will be notified once your matchday is confirmed.
Upon arrival at the stadium, enjoy a premium hospitality experience featuring padded long-side match seats with direct access from the lounge, along with full access to Premium Levels One, Two, and Three. Before the match, indulge in a grazing menu served from an open kitchen, complemented by a choice of four exclusive bars and complimentary half-time drinks, including beer, wine, and soft drinks. With lounge access both before kick-off and after the final whistle, you'll have everything you need for an elevated matchday experience.
Go behind the scenes at one of the world's most advanced stadiums - dressing rooms, the tunnel and the famous retractable pitch.
Yesterday: one of the most advanced stadiums on earth. Today: a ground where the terrace barrier is an arm's length away and the goalkeeper can hear every word you say. That's the beauty of football in this city - it comes in every shape and size. Scheduled around kick-off, your CEO leads the group to a local pub for Premier League fixtures on screen, pints flowing and the room building with every decision. Less spectacular than yesterday. No less alive.
Your National League match may be any fixture from the leagues below the Premier League in the English football pyramid, including men's non-league divisions or women's league matches depending on the schedule.
Step away from the spectacular and into the raw - a grassroots match where the passion runs deep and nothing else matters.
The football is done. Now London gets to show you everything else it has. After a leisurely breakfast, a local guide takes you through the city's best food spots - markets, neighbourhood haunts, the kind of places that only exist because someone local knew where to look. The rest of the afternoon is yours to walk, explore or simply sit somewhere and let it all sink in. Those who wish can join the CEO one final time that evening - the perfect chance to share stories, raise a glass, and give the week the send-off it deserves.
Eat your way through London with a local guide - from street food stalls to neighbourhood spots most visitors walk straight past.
After a proper run of football and food, enjoy some free time to explore London and take it all in.
Breakfast, one last look at the city, then it's time to go. Departures are at your leisure - though if you find yourself taking the long route to the airport, we completely understand.
Not ready to leave? Your CEO can help with any onward travel arrangements you require.
