Upon arrival, airport escorts will be waiting for guests with a Luxury Gold sign inside the arrival terminal BEFORE passport control and will help them through formalities and transfer to hotel for easy check-in.* UNITED KINGDOM: Traveling or transiting through the UK & Northern Ireland after January 8, 2025? A new Electronic Travel Authorization ETA is required for entry and transit, if you need to go through border control.
