Travelers Notes
* DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers from Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) on the first day of the tour. TRANSFER TIMES PENDING. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. We recommend flights to arrive 2 hours prior to the last complimentary transfer time. * DAY 10: Complimentary transfers to Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH) arrive at 07:00 and 10:00 on the last day of the trip only. We recommend flights to depart 3 hours after the first transfer arrival time at the airport. Flights to depart after 10:00.* TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Rome and Athens. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Trafalgar, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights will make their own transfer arrangements.* CAUTION: In Athens, a high level of caution needs to be taken at the Parthenon. The site features many uneven surfaces, cobblestones and steps and uphill walking. In Delphi is located on a hill with very uneven surfaces, pathways and steps. In Meteora, access to monasteries is only possible by a set of stairs.* NOTE: This Trip falls under LEVEL 2. Please refer to the Deposit, Payment and Cancellations policies on our website.
