Star Legend 2020 Refurbishment

Star Legend will be the second of the Star-class ships to undergo Windstar’s $250 Million Star Plus Initiative, in which the ship will be stretched and undergo a re-engine. As part of the Star Plus Initiative, Star Legend will receive 50 additional and brand-new suites (including two new Owner’s Suites) and new bathrooms/sliding glass balcony doors for existing suites. Additionally, there will be a larger pool, redesigned spa, an alternative restaurant, a casual BBQ venue, new retail shops, and a larger fitness center. The ship will also receive a more fuel-efficient engine system. Since Star Legend will be enlarged, Windstar is planning to hire additional staff to maintain the cruise line’s fabulous 1.5:1 guest-to-staff ratio.

Onboard Entertainment
